Trygonal is a dynamically growing, internationally active manufacturer of high-quality plastic and sealing solutions with a wide range of products. We produce from single parts to large series. The parts are manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC lathes and milling machines, with the help of injection moulding machines and rubber presses or on plastic moulding machines.

Group

The dynamically growing Trygonal Group was founded in 2010. Currently we employ more than 200 dedicated employees in seven sales and production companies. You will find us in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and France. Through this network of partner companies our products are distributed worldwide. We would like to emphasise our knowledge in sealing and plastics technology. All of this results in a high level of competence in product development, problem solving and successful technical implementation.

Production

Almost 40 years of experience and know-how in elastomer processing, sealing technology and vibration control technology make us a competent partner for individual problem solutions. Production takes place exclusively on site.

Innovation

In order to meet the increasing demands of our customers, we work together with compounders who have special know-how in elastomer development and production.
Only with a material designed for the specific application can the various requirements of elastomer products be successfully met. We optimise compounds according to your mechanical and thermal requirements, whereby media resistance is another criterion.
Our in-house toolmaking department produces customer-specific prototypes and series moulds. Supported by competent partners, fast and intelligent solutions always result.

Prototyping With 3D Printing

With this alternative to mechanical production, we can produce prototypes using the inkjet process without the need for a tool mould.
